David Freeman

As the finance operating partner, David serves as a trusted advisor to founders as they build their finance organizations, set-up analytical and systems infrastructure, and accurately and meaningfully report and forecast.  

Most recently, David was the CFO at Starburst Data where he scaled the finance organization and supported the company through high growth. Prior to that, David was the first finance leader at Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, and Zscaler. In these roles he focused on providing analytics and insights to help drive growth, and built foundational teams and infrastructure that set the companies up for future success. David also served in sales leadership roles at Nutanix and ThoughtSpot where he oversaw operations, enablement, GSIs, and inside sales.
