Enterpret: Transforming customer feedback into product growth

Customer centricity stands at the foundation of what makes companies successful. The closer a business aligns its decision-making to customer needs, the higher its chances of achieving PMF and driving long-term enterprise value. Whether it’s product roadmap prioritization, bug fixes, or win/loss analyses, understanding the customer voice is mission-critical.

Unfortunately, that’s much harder today. Customer interactions span countless channels – emails, support tickets, in-app, surveys, phone calls, Slack messages, social media, app stores, etc. – making distillation of what customers want exponentially harder.

This is where Enterpret comes in. Entrepret is building a platform that transmutes customer interactions into proactive insights and automated workflows. It intelligently collects and indexes all customer-related data within an organization, automatically constructs a data model unique to said organization, and overlays useful products on top – from analytics & reporting modules to personalized customer engagement.
